k, here's the transposed take.  I even managed to put the lead-in click on it this time... 

Perhaps not quite as tight as I'd like on the outro chorus, I got off by a freckle of a beat, but close enuff I think... 

I didn't revise the lead sheet - knew you could handle the step up without that, David.
